Justin is currently the Head of Brown’s Auto Supply, but he has been with the company his whole life in different capacities.
He started working at Brown’s when he was 16 years old by delivering to customers, working the counter and mixing paint as a summer student. Once he finished high school and went onto post secondary at University of Waterloo, he came back to Chatham in 1999 to work full time at Brown’s.
He began learning the business and from there started taking over for Randy in 2005. He successfully expanded the business over the next 15 years to include 4 locations across southern Ontario. He is also an active member on several boards including current president of ACWL since 2018. When he’s not working, he is an avid golfer and plays beer league hockey in the winter.
