How Do We Deal With Appeals?

Many of the cases that we appeal are those cases where the applicants prepared and submitted the applications to the immigration department or embassy without our involvement. In such situations, when the applicant is refused and the applicant approaches our law office, we will first review the refusal decision and any documents that the client may have in their possession. Afterwards, we will give the client our view of the likelihood of success of an appeal or judicial review.

You received a rejection letter. Don't Lose Hope. Olalere Law Office is a strong client advocate and does not shy away from appeals. Since 2004, our law office has a strong track record of success in all our appeals such as sponsorship appeals, refugee appeals, residency obligation appeals, etc. Furthermore, in almost all our Court cases filed against the Immigration Department, we have an excellent track record of successfully reaching settlement agreements with the Immigration Department, thereby saving our clients costs and time.
